All East Yorkshire & Derwent Ramblers members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting beginning at 1.30pm on Saturday 1 February 2024 at the Bishop Wilton Village Hall, Worsendale Road, Bishop Wilton, York YO42 1ST; there is free car parking, or you can get the 747 bus from York or Pocklington.

Pre-Meeting Walk

Prior to the meeting there will be a led walk leaving from the hall at 9.45am.

Lunch Arrangements

The hall will be open from 12.30pm if walkers wish to eat their sandwiches before the meeting, and tea/coffee will be available.

Alternatively printed copies of the Annual Report will be available at the AGM. Following the AGM there will be a short break when tea/coffee and cakes will be served, after which there will be a talk and update from an invited Ramblers Trustee.
