walking to protect our local countryside

Eleven members arrived at Flamborough Village on a bright morning for this 11 mile walk [including a 6 mile shorter option]. Led by Martin Hill the route went firstly to South Landing and then around Flamborough Head. Onwards to North landing and along the Headland Way to the northern point of Danes Dyke at Cat Nab.

Several very brief rain showers developed after lunch culminating in a heavy thunderstorm along the final mile of the walk.
